My roots in the community sector

From the very beginning of my career, I worked within the charity and community sector, supporting organisations such as child protection services, Meals on Wheels, women's refuges, community centres, community transport services and neighbourhood centres. Those early roles shaped the way I work today, with empathy, clarity and a deep understanding of the unique reporting, funding and compliance requirements in this space.

Over the years, my business has grown almost entirely through referrals, not advertising. That trust has allowed me to build long-standing relationships and develop a strong niche in bookkeeping for community organisations.
